City of Vermilion Parks and Recreation Board Meeting updates
From the City of Vermilion’s Parks and Recreation Board Meeting Sept 17th.
Main Street Beach Revitalization Project:
Anchor and Propeller placement area.
Service Director Tony Valerius said the propeller will be going in the grassy area at the end of Main St., near the Lighthouse. Anchor will be placed at/near the entrance at the corner of Main and Huron.
The concrete foundations for both will be poured soon by Justin Miller. Also, concrete pouring for foot washing stations will be happening soon and the Mobi-mat is scheduled to return.
Placements could differ from renderings. Just a basic idea.
