Celebrate Valentine’s Weekend in Vermilion: Dinners, Live Music, and More!

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and Vermilion is ready to set the mood with a weekend full of romantic dinners, live music, and community events. Whether you’re looking for an intimate evening, a fun night out, or a unique way to celebrate with family and friends, there’s something for everyone.

Friday, February 14: Romantic Dinners & Live Music

Start the weekend with a cozy dinner and live entertainment:

  • Paper Moon Winery welcomes Minor Adjustments for an evening of music from 6-9 PM while guests enjoy their selection of wines and ciders.
  • Holland-Bond VFW is hosting a Valentine’s Dinner from 5-8 PM, featuring an 8 oz. sirloin and 5 oz. lobster tail with dessert for $30 per person. Ladies will also receive a complimentary carnation.
  • German’s Villa offers a Friday Feast from 4-7 PM, featuring a Valentine’s Special Menu with a full buffet, specialty drinks, and live music by Guitar Lady Linda. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 440-967-1770 or emailing events@germans-villa.com. Pricing is $22.50 for adults, $12.50 for ages 6-12, and free for children under 5.
  • Chez Francois is hosting a Special Wine Dinner at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required and can be made by contacting Matt or John at john@chezfrancois.com.

Saturday, February 15: Live Music & Community Events

Saturday brings even more ways to celebrate:

  • Vermilion Valley Vineyards presents Hayley Watson-Keffer from 6-9 PM for an evening of music in a relaxing vineyard setting.
  • Holland-Bond VFW will be hosting ballroom dancing, perfect for couples looking to add a touch of elegance to their evening.
  • Erie MetroParks is inviting the community to its Winter Open House at the Roger Johnson Nature Center from 2-6 PM. Enjoy a hot chocolate bar, light refreshments, and a self-led kids’ craft, all while connecting with park staff to share ideas and learn more about local parks.
  • Route 6 Pub will feature Toby Koeth performing from 6-9 PM, offering a great spot to unwind with drinks and music.

Sunday, February 16: Wrap Up the Weekend with Music

For those who prefer a laid-back Sunday, Vermilion Valley Vineyards will feature Grady Miller from 2-5 PM, providing the perfect atmosphere to close out the weekend with great music and local wine.

Chez Francois: This renowned establishment offers a sophisticated dining experience with exquisite French cuisine.
