Terry Lynn Carter passed away on March 18, 2025. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and dedicated public servant, Terry spent 31 years working as a Lab Technician for the City of Vermilion’s Water Department before retiring in 2009. He was a lifelong resident of Vermilion, an avid outdoorsman, and a devoted family man who found joy in golf cart rides with his daughter and cheering on Cleveland sports teams.
Services will be held at Riddle Funeral Home on March 21, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a funeral service on March 22, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., followed by military honors at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst.
