Main Street Beach in Vermilion, Ohio, has reached a significant milestone with the completion of the lower deck and final phase of its revitalization project. The lower deck, now open to the public, has quickly become a beloved spot for locals. Vermilionites are embracing this new addition, which offers expanded views of Lake Erie and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the waterfront. The revitalization effort has enhanced the beach’s appeal, making it a prime destination for both residents and visitors alike.
Why is a parking area / beach end of Main Street, adjacent to the beach, being called a “lower deck”?
Very misleading, unless l am not seeing the entire area – actually just a fancy/expensive parking lot.
Thank you for the photos, very nice.
