Vermilion Sailors Athletics Athletes of the Week

Sophomore Noah Penton had an excellent game vs the Galion Tigers on Thursday evening. Noah helped the Sailors secure the victory and the Sectional Title by scoring a goal and adding two assists in the match. The dual sport athlete has excelled both on the golf course and the soccer field this fall and helped both teams have strong regular seasons and advance in the postseason. Congrats Noah and Go Sailors!
Senior – Joseph Webb. Joseph qualified for the regional meet for the third time in his cross country career. Joseph finished 13th overall in a time of 17:11. Joseph is currently running on an injury so to be able to overcome the pain to qualify for a third time is an amazing feat.
