During the superintendent’s report at Monday’s Vermilion Local School District Board of Education meeting, the district introduced several new staff members joining for the 2025–26 school year:
- Jessica Benson – 6th & 7th Grade Science and Social Studies
- Cassiopia Brunow – VHS Intervention Specialist
- Ashley Caruloff – VHS Integrated Math
- Brooke Meyer – SMS Intervention Specialist
- Sarah Moore – SMS Intervention Specialist
- Megan Murphy – Grade 5 English/Language Arts
- Cecilie Reich – SMS Counselor
- Emily Rich – SMS Intervention Specialist
- Angela Sanzenbacher – VES Vocal Music
- Sawyer Schafer – Grade 1
The first day of school for Vermilion students is Thursday, August 21, 2025.
