The Vermilion Township Fire Department will host a community open house on Monday, October 27, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the fire station located at 1907 State Road in Vermilion, Ohio.
Residents are invited to stop by to learn important information about the upcoming fire levy that will appear on the November ballot. The event will include discussions and a Q&A session with Chief Triana and department members, offering residents a chance to better understand how levy funds would be used to support fire and emergency services.
Visitors can also tour the fire station, view the department’s apparatus and equipment, and enjoy free hot dogs, chips, and drinks provided by the department.
The event is open to the public, and the department encourages residents to attend, ask questions, and get to know their local first responders.
