Development will feature ranch-style residences

VERMILION — Ground has been broken for Eagleview Homes, a new residential development planned for 552 Overlook Road.
The development will feature one-story ranch homes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages, according to information provided by Vermilion Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Sandra Coe. The project is planned for fall 2026.
Chamber members, local business representatives and community partners gathered Friday for a groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of the development.
