0345 – Liberty Ave: A driver crashed and was flown to Cleveland Metro by Life Flight. Charges are pending for OVI.
1400 – Overlook: Driver stopped for a moving violation was arrested for OVI.
1815 – 5300 block of Liberty Ave: Criminal damaging complaint after a rock was thrown at a vehicle. No suspects.
2156 – Liberty Ave: Motor vehicle accident.

1800 – 1000 block of Jackson St: Male arrested for obstruction after a disturbance.
• October 22:
1514 – 600 block of Washington St: Telecommunications harassment; suspect warned.
1700 – 4600 block of Mapleview Dr: Missing license plate reported.
2120 – 5000 block of Oakview Dr: Telecommunications harassment; suspect warned.

0451 – South Shore Ct: Parking citation issued.
1741 – 700 block of Main St: Theft complaint turned over to detectives.
1758 – West River Rd: Protection order violation; suspect arrested in Columbus and taken to Erie County Jail.

2304 – 4800 block of Liberty Ave: Caller reported a delivery driver discarding packages; recovered and returned to owners.

1803 – 4400 block of Liberty Ave: Driver struck shopping carts, fled scene; later arrested for OVI and driving under suspension.
